Thunder Breaks Terms & Conditions

By participating in Thunder Breaks live breaks, purchasing singles, or engaging in trading card sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Participation and Eligibility
Participants must be 13 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.
By joining breaks or purchasing cards, you acknowledge that you meet age requirements and agree to follow all applicable laws.
2. Live Breaks and Pack Battles
All live breaks are conducted in good faith according to posted rules (Random Team or Pick Your Team).
Pack battles award the collector with the highest total value from the box or pack opened.
Thunder Breaks is not responsible for human error, technical issues, or incorrect pulls during breaks.
Bulk cards are not guaranteed unless specifically stated; all extra bulk may be donated to charity or used in events.
3. Sales and Singles
All sales, including singles, are final unless an error occurs on our part.
Purchases include NHL and hockey cards, sports cards, and trading card games (TCG), including Pokémon and One Piece (coming soon).
International shipping may be available — customers are responsible for any customs fees or import restrictions.
4. Shipping
Cards are carefully sleeved and packed in bubble mailers.
Standard shipping does not include tracking; premium shipping with tracking is available for an additional fee.
Thunder Breaks is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
5. Liability
Participation in breaks, pack battles, or card purchases is at your own risk.
Thunder Breaks and its staff are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or financial loss, including secondary market value changes, disputes, or shipping issues.
By participating, you agree to release Thunder Breaks from any claims arising from your purchases or participation.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are only provided for errors made by Thunder Breaks (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
Dissatisfaction with card pulls, market value, or collector outcomes is not grounds for refund.
All disputes must first be submitted to Thunder Breaks for resolution prior to seeking external action.
